
6-Week Mindful Grieving Yoga Therapy Program
A powerful introduction to Katy’s compassionate, somatic-based approach for grief and loss of all kinds. Within a supportive, closed-group container, you will be guided to observe where you hold grief in your body and how to witness your sensations, emotions, and thoughts without judgement. Because it’s necessary to feel grief in order to process it, this program strives to teach you how to begin to be present with yourself (even when it is painful) and to receive the wisdom that can only come from within.

Mindful Grieving Community Circle
Mindful Grieving Community Circles are an online space for real-time connection, sharing, and reflection on grief and loss of all kinds. This is an opportunity for you to be witnessed in your grief journey and to witness others with compassion and aloha.

Somatic yoga class
A Somatic Yoga class blends the wisdom of yoga with somatic principles to cultivate greater awareness, ease, and vitality in your body and mind.
Through gentle, mindful movements and breathwork, you'll be invited to explore the sensations and intelligence of your body in each moment. With an emphasis on internal sensation rather than external alignment, you'll learn to move with greater ease, grace, and authenticity, honoring the unique needs and rhythms of your body.
