Through gentle, mindful movements and breathwork, you'll be invited to explore the sensations and intelligence of your body in each moment. With an emphasis on internal sensation rather than external alignment, you'll learn to move with greater ease, grace, and authenticity, honoring the unique needs and rhythms of your body.

This class offers you a safe and nurturing space for you to unwind tension, release stress, and reconnect with your body's innate wisdom. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these classes are designed to meet you where you are, supporting you on your journey towards greater embodiment, resilience, and well-being.
