My mission is to help people learn how to soothe the nervous system and process emotions, trauma, and grief through therapeutic yoga and movement. I became interested in the healing power of yoga and somatics by way of my own journey with chronic migraine and autoimmunity and my professional experiences as a nurse working in hospice and end-of-life care.
